It may be winter but we’re still composting! Every Tuesday, Éco-quartier NDG visits our 3 community composting sites to carry out general maintenance. We are presently seeking volunteers to help us turn and aerate the compost and make minor repairs. We also need volunteers to help us out during special events like our seasonal compost harvest and distribution activities. We visit the Bulmer (Bulmer avenue north of de Maisonneuve) and Madison (at the corner of Sylvia-Smith) composting sites on Tuesday mornings from 9:30am-11:30 and at Rosedale from 2:30-3:30 in the afternoon (located at the Enfants du monde school; 5350 Rosedale avenue). 3 hours per week, or 3 hours per month, your help is always greatly appreciated!
